Forms of payment
I accept most major credit cards through Stripe, Paypal, and Apple Pay.

Orders will not ship until payment has cleared through my card processing services. If you are having problems with payment, please contact me through the contact page and I can troubleshoot.
Shipping
Shipping services and cost
Standard shipping worldwide is through USPS first class mail, and includes insurance for the dollar amount of the item(s) in case of loss or damage. The rate I charge is calculated by estimated weight of item plus insurance and packaging costs.
International Shipping
Due to current tax laws and COVID-related issues, I am not currently shipping physical items to other countries except Canada and the UK.
Estimated delivery timeline
Order processing times vary. Each listing should say if it’s an item that I have in stock and ready to ship, or if it is something that will need to be made first. Most in-stock items will ship out within 1-3 days of ordering, unless you have also ordered another item that requires longer processing time. For items that must be made, the listing will have an estimated time. If you need your item by a certain date, please reach out, I’m happy to work with you. For custom orders, I will contact you with an estimated timeline for making your order and shipping it. For just a simple project bag or two, this can be as quick as a couple days, but more complicated or larger orders may take 1-5 weeks.
Estimated delivery times are usually about 1 week after shipping date for US customers, and 2-5 weeks for international customers, depending on the country. If you need your item faster, please choose an express shipping option at checkout.
Where is my package?
You can check on the status of your package via the tracking link sent to you with your shipping confirmation. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timelines listed above, or has an unusual status, please contact me via the contact page and I will do my best to figure out where it is at. But, please remember, shipping services often take longer than expected for any number of reasons, and tracking info is often not current.
Lost packages
Once the package has been shipped and you have an active tracking number, I am not responsible for it, the postal service is. I will help you with reasonable efforts to track down a lost package using the postal system tools or to file a claim for a missing package, but I cannot offer replacement items due to lost in transit or delivery issues.
Taxes + Customs
I are not responsible for any fees or customs taxes your home state or country may charge. I am unable to mark packages as "gift" due to international shipping laws.
EU VAT Tax on digital files
Due to VAT tax, I do not sell digital file items such as patterns to the EU through the shop on this website. You may purchase my patterns through my Ravelry page, or on my Etsy shop, which automatically handle the VAT taxes.
Returns + Exchanges
Changed your mind about purchasing the item?
You have until the item is shipped to cancel the sale without penalty for a full refund, please contact me via the contact page to cancel.
Unhappy with your item?
If you are unhappy with your physical item for any reason I will give you a refund once the item is returned to us. Or, you can exchange for another item. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to ask for a refund. I do not refund shipping, and shipping the item back to me is at your expense. Please do not hesitate to contact me via the contact page about the problem, and I will do my best to make it right.
Purchased a digital file?
Due to the easily-reproducible nature of digital files, there are no refunds on digital files. If you are having technical difficulties with the file(s), please contact me via the contact page.
