Forms of payment
We accept most major credit cards through Stripe and Paypal.
Orders will not ship until payment has cleared through our card processing services. If you are having problems with payment, please contact us through the contact page and we can troubleshoot.
Shipping services and cost
Standard shipping worldwide is through USPS first class mail, and includes insurance for the dollar amount of the item(s) in case of loss or damage. The rate we charge is calculated by estimated weight of item plus insurance and packaging costs.
Estimated delivery timeline
Unless otherwise listed, most items are already made and will ship out quickly. We try to ship out packages within 1-3 days of ordering. For custom orders, we will contact you with an estimated timeline for making your order and shipping it. For just a simple project bag or two, this can be as quick as a couple days, but more complicated or larger orders may take 1-3 weeks.
Estimated delivery times are usually 1 week after shipping date for US customers, and 2-5 weeks for international customers, depending on the country. If you need your item faster, please choose an express shipping option at checkout.
Where is my package?
You can check on the status of your package via the tracking link sent to you with your shipping confirmation. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timelines listed above, or has an unusual status, please contact us via the contact page and we will do our best to figure out where it is at. But, please remember, shipping services often take longer than expected for any number of reasons, and tracking info is often not current.
If your package is indeed lost and we have completed reasonable efforts to track it down, we will either offer you a replacement item or will file an insurance claim through USPS to recover money lost.
Taxes + Customs
We are not responsible for any fees or customs taxes your home state or country may charge. We are unable to mark packages as "gift" due to international shipping laws.
EU VAT Tax on digital files
Due to VAT tax, we do not sell digital file items such as patterns to the EU through the shop on this website. You may purchase our patterns through our Ravelry page, or on our Etsy shop, which automatically handle the VAT taxes.
Returns + Exchanges
Changed your mind about purchasing the item?
You have until the item is shipped to cancel the sale (usually shipping happens within 1-3 days) without penalty for a full refund, please contact us via the contact page to cancel.
Unhappy with your item?
If you are unhappy with your physical item for any reason we will give you a refund once the item is returned to us. Or, you can exchange for another item. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to ask for a refund. We do not refund shipping, and shipping the item back to us is at your expense. Please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact page about the problem, and we will do our best to make it right.
Purchased a digital file?
Due to the easily-reproducible nature of digital files, there are no refunds on digital files. If you are having technical difficulties with the file(s), please contact us via the contact page.
