do you do custom orders?

I sure do, and love it! I have done custom project bags for Stephen West, and many other happy customers. Check out the custom orders page to get started on something special!

can you design me something?

More than likely, yes! In the past I have done custom cross stitch patterns and kits, special bag designs, logos, photography, all sorts of things. Use the contact page and send me your idea!

fabric placement

The fabric placement in the photograph isn't exactly the same as the project bag I received. What's up with that?

I make several project bags out of each print—some go into our online shop, and others go to stores. I usually only photograph one bag of each print, so your particular project bag may not be the same bag that was photographed, and therefore fabric placement may vary. I do my best to make sure everything else is the same however!

Material sources

Are your products locally-made? Eco-friendly?

I make everything by hand in Phoenix, Arizona in a small studio. However, due to the nature of the textile industry, I cannot guarantee that materials used are eco-friendly, though I do try to use eco-friendly materials and support sustainable sewing practices whenever I can.

If you are vegan and trying to avoid leather and other animal products, please send me a message, I can do swap-outs on a lot of my items for vegan-friendly alternatives.

Why didn't I get the exact same notions pictured in my hexagon knitting kit?

I do my best to match the notions in the hexagon knitting kits to the print chosen. However, I do not always have the exact same items in stock that are pictured with the kits, especially the needle gauges and stitch markers. You may receive an alternate item or two that isn't quite the same as the picture, but should still give you a super cute matching kit!

Can I buy just a hexagon pouch without the knitting notions?

Yes! I am working on adding a "just the pouch" variation to all my listings, but in the meantime if you find one you want that doesn't have the variation, please send me a convo and I'll give you a coupon code to knock a bit off the price of the full kit.
